Is this for real or an elaborate scam?

A friend has posted this on FB and I've just tried to follow the link. Google Chrome can't find the page.

Does anyone know if it is legit? 
Is it a case of "if it looks too good to be true it probably is"?

Any feedback would be appreciated because if it is for real we should all be sharing
