All good, I enjoy the atmosphere that Simon engenders. He maintains his professionalism but is able to put participants at ease with his manner. This enables us to concentrate on the tasks at hand. First Aid can be very nerve racking for all concerned and these courses really help to take some of the stress out of learning it, whilst instilling the serious nature of the training.
